About Power Virtual Agent tool:

Power Virtual Agent tool is a new no-code tool that is designed for the company’s Power Platform. With the included features like automation tool, the Power Virtue Agent tool has been renamed as Power BI and Power Automate. The company introduced this product and promised to build a chatbot as easy as Word document. Anyone in the organization could build a bot with the help of Power Virtual Agent.

With are exciting features in the Power Virtual Agents tool, the new employee could get an onboarding experience. In an interview, it has been announced by Charles Lamanna that the Power Virtual Agent is focused on the accessible low-code, which can be used by anybody; it does not matter who the users are. In a very natural way, it can solve the problem of the employee, customer, and partners of the company.

Power Virtual Agent handles the full lifecycle of the bot-developing experience. The bolt-developing work is to create a dialogue that can be made available in the chat system like Slack, Messenger, Teams, Facebook, and many others. The AI smarts save the time of the users in a way, making it more accessible with the tools that understand the intention and then trigger the right action.

The best thing in this feature is that in case your setup outgrows the low-code stage, then you can have an option to convert the bolt to Azure resources. Azure resources are the one which provides power to the bot. Microsoft, with this launch, has almost solved the significant problems of the organization.
