Xiaomi Mi A2 to be launched soon
The company’s next Android One based smartphone from Xiaomi will be Mi A2, and it is going to be launch very soon. The smartphone which is going to be launched seems to be the same phone as that of Mi 6X which was launched in China, but it was branded as Mi A2 for India and other international markets.
As per a report, it is seen that Beijing-based electronics company, Xiaomi, will introduce the Xiaomi Mi A2 in Spain on July 25th, 2018. This new smartphone will be available in 3 colour variants which are gold, black and blue. The smartphone will be available in 4 memory configurations which are 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage, 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, 4 GB Ram and 128 GB internal storage and 6GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage. The company has not confirmed any launch date in India, and it is uncertain until now, but the first gen Mi A1 will be ending the update cycle in September.
On a recent Slash Leaks, a live image of the Mi A2 has appeared, and in it, we can see the details of smartphone and its key specs of the device as the screen of the phone display is turned on. This phone will appear to run on the stock Android 8.1 Oreo which comes with the May security patch which was also installed.
Xiaomi Mi A2 comes with Snapdragon 660 SoC, and it got a battery capacity of about 3010 mAh, and it also features a USB Type-C port which is capable of fast charging. This Mi A2 usually comes with the equipped dual-camera setup at the back, and it is comprising a pair of 12Mp +20MP sensors. This handset also features a 20MP shooter on the front. The phone will come with 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and Bluetooth v5.0. This phone has got about 5.99-inch FHD plus IPS LCD.
As per some sources, Mi A2 will be running on Android 8.1 oreo, and the handset will get the upcoming Android p and Q updates. The Xiaomi Mi A2 has been fixed at around Rs 15,000, and the base variant will be Rs 21,000 for the top model.
Xiaomi will be launched in India at an event in New Delhi, and this phone will be available in gold, black and rose gold colour variants. The Mi A1 was said to be first Xiaomi phone was a launch without MIUI.
