I go into a sound proof pod and total darkness to float weightlessly in 200 gallons of water with over 1200lb of dissolved epsom salt on it. The experience was completely unique and left me feeling relaxed and pain free for several hours after. The passage of time also changed and I experienced an overwhelming sense of calm.
