NASA aeronautics researcher Dawn Jegley describes how they’re testing a new lightweight stitched composite (nonmetallic) structure that could be used in aircraft to make them lighter and more fuel efficient. Dawn’s team bends and twists the new technology, called PRSEUS, to see how it would perform in flight.
