OnePlus sales one million units of OnePlus 6 across the world in just 22 days
Just one month ago, OnePlus launched its new flagship device named the OnePlus 6. Within this short period, the company has managed to register revenue of Rs. 100 crore. This just came in within 24 hours. As per the latest report, OnePlus has sold over one million units of the device across the world in just 22 days. The device has now emerged as the fastest selling smartphone of the company. Before this, the OnePlus 5T was in demand. It may be noted that more than one million units of the OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T sold within three months.
Talking more about this, Founder and CEO of OnePlus, Pete Lau has stated that the community has surpassed our expectations and we have them to thank for the overwhelming success of the OnePlus 6. The company has touched the trust of 1 million people. He thanked people for their loyalty. OnePlus 6 launched little earlier than expected and that can be the reason behind its success. Apart from that, OnePlus 6 is the only smartphone in India to have the Snapdragon 845 SoC.
The OnePlus 6 has a 6.28-inch AMOLED display with 16M colors. With 19:9 aspect ratio, it offers 1080 x 2280 pixels of screen resolution. The display is protected by a Gorilla Glass class 5. Under the hood, the device carries a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset. For smooth graphics performance, it also has the Adreno 630 GPU. The device runs on latest Oxygen OS based on Android 8.1 Oreo. The device has got 261397 scores on Antutu Benchmark. Which is one of the best scores in the list, along with 2401 and 8974 for single and multi-core scores respectively?
The device comes with two different RAM and internal storage configurations. In one configuration, if offers a 6GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. On the second configuration, it has an 8 GB RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. Talking about the camera configuration, on the rear side, it has a dual camera configuration which includes a 20MP and 16MP camera. It supports phase detection autofocus, geo-tagging, OIS, super slow motion, portrait mode, and more. On the front, it is equipped with a 16MP camera.
The OnePlus six is backed by a 3300mAh battery which is powered by the Dash Charge Technology. Under the connectivity, it has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, and USB 2.0. The device is available in three color variants, i.e., Mirror Black, Silk White, and Midnight Black.
