One of the important debate: Android vs Apple

Published on June 25, 2018

The Apple v/s android debates are today on top of the world and I seriously cant define that how much I get bored by this kind of debates. To end these debates I start counting my wants on the phone and check both of them(Apple as well as Android) that which of the two has those features and best suitable for me. On both the sides Fanboys has refused to budge on any of their go-to talking points, and their incessant bickering echoes throughout social media, forums, and the comments sections of blogs. Yes on both the sides it is impossible to read their fights and not cringe stating opinion as fact and then convincing themselves they’ve won the argument. Sound familiar? On Facebook or Twitter, it’s just like liberals and conservatives bickering.

Apple, Android

You might be thinking the difference between android and apple are only discussed and important to fanboys or fangirls but yes on the other side it is a serious and important question that normal people ask themselves. I usually get so many emails from Android users who are thinking about switching to the iPhone, and from iPhone users who are considering a switch to Android. The dry heaving and involuntary eye rolls that occur anytime the topic of “iPhone v/s Android” enters my mind, and cover some bigger questions here on the sites by which I occasionally try to fight through the above ones. On different devices someone who had been using multiple platforms, but he recently decided to move entirely to Apple products. He recently decided then took to the Apple subreddit to explain why he went all in on Apple, highlighting four main reasons for his decision. I have decided to briefly tell these points below,

Privacy

Yes, obviously between the youth this is clear that both the Apple and Google have very different business models, and neither one is better than the other; it all depends on what your priorities are. The followed youth brand Apple makes its money by selling you really, really expensive hardware. After questioning to google from where it makes money the answer arises that its money is created by giving Android to third-parties for free and then using its free apps and services to collect as much private data as possible, in order to display targeted ads, but people who prioritize privacy should absolutely stick with Apple’s iPhone.

Update

The users of Apple love that they have instant access to every single iOS update Apple releases, this is just because Apple releases updates directly to end users. And now come to the google when Google releases Android updates, meanwhile, they’re released to third-party smartphone makers who then have to integrate their own apps and tweaks and once it is done the updates have to be thoroughly tested by wireless carriers. You are lucky out there if you have a Pixel phone because just a few people around it have that phone for new updates in months and not years. when the android has the latest version currently only in use on about 5% of active Android devices around the world.

Build Quality

In recent years, this is the only area where the gap has certainly narrowed in recent years. On the planet no other laptop and feels as premium as the iPhone X. As you know that iPhone X is truly is a cut above everything else out there. In build quality and in terms of materials Apple really pushed other smartphone makers to up their game over the years. Apple’s strict rules surrounding the App Store where Apple gets plenty of guff for its “walled garden”, but the result is the user experience we know and love.
