According to a report published by Tech Radar, citing information received by NokiaPowerUser, the alleged Nokia 9 smartphone will feature two 5-megapixel sensors on its front panel. Surprisingly, the camera technology won’t belong to Carl Zeiss, but a company called Chicony CKACE16. Furthermore, it has also been suggested that the handset will pack f/1.0 aperture lens and another f/2.4 aperture lens.

The smartphone will also be packed with the ability to shoot videos in 1080 pixels. There isn’t anything else to know about the smartphone as yet. If the rumour mentioned above turns out to be true, then it seems like the Nokia 9 will be the first smartphone in the prime-category to pack up a dual-lens front-facing camera.

Other rumours regarding the smartphone suggest that the smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 system-on-chip. Apart from this, the smartphone is supposed to carry at least 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The device will probably run on Google’s latest Android 8.0 directly out of the box. Nonetheless, the above-given information has not been confirmed by Nokia as yet. Therefore, it remains to be seen whether the information turns out to be true. Until then, one must take the details with a grain of salt.
