Lenovo owned Motorola is all set to release its new smartphone Moto Z2 Force in India on February 15. The company has already sent out invitations for the launch event of Moto Z2 Force model. The invitation from Motorola confirms that the phone comes bundled with Moto TurboPower Pack Mod.

Moto Z2 Force was unveiled in the US in July 2017 and went on sale through various carriers in August 2017. In the US, the phone came with the price tag of $799 (approx ₹51,460).
The company hasn’t announced any update regarding the price and availability of the device, but it confirms that the launch event will be streaming live on YouTube at 12 noon on February 15. As Moto TurboPower Pack Mod has already been released in India last year and also confirmed in the invite, we are sure that phone will also feature the same. The Moto TurboPower Pack Mod includes a 3500 mAh battery with 12W output to charge phone fast. The Mod is claimed to deliver a usage of 7 hours with just a charge of 15 min.
Moto Z2 Force is claimed to have a shatterproof display with ‘ShatterShield’ layer on top which will protect it from cracking when the phone is dropped. All this protection with only the thickness of 6.1 mm which makes Moto Z2 Force practically the slimmest phone in the world. But to make the slim phone battery had to compromise.
The Moto Z2 Force is packed with a battery of just 2730 mAh which was a practical approach to make the phone slim. But battery life should be an issue when the phone comes to India as the company is saying to launch it with The Moto TurboPower Pack Mod and that too for free. FYI The Moto TurboPower Pack Mod alone costs ₹5999.
We don’t know anything about the pricing of the device but are guessing that Motorola will launch it with the price tag of somewhere between ₹32,999 to ₹39,999. Because Moto already has phone like Oneplus 5t, Nokia 8, Mi Mix 2 to compete with.
