I found a random error in the iOS 9 official OS on my iPhone 5S. The phone screen froze all of a sudden and stopped responding to the touch. If you experienced the same problem, we hope this video might just be able to help you in some way.
The issue occurred when I was listening to music on Spotify and when I tried to unlock the screen, the screen had frozen. Clicking, opening the camera or swiping to unlock didn’t work at all. Although the power button and other buttons work, the screen’s response had stopped.
