All Feedback welcome! ….Slow smoked beef jerky is the best! I use thin slices off a top round slab. I let it sit overnight in juices. After patting it dry i generously apply dry spices to the meat before placing it on the smoker. Using LUMP charcoal and whatever wood flavor you want to infuse it with. MMMMMHHHH good!
