Elon Musk Underlines The Fact That Jeff Bezos Can’t Sue His Way To The Moon
As we all know by now. Jeff Bezos keeps suing to stop SpaceX’s projects, and as you would expect, Elon Musk is not too happy about that. In fact, during the 2021 Code Conference on Tuesday, Elon had a message for Jeff: ‘you cannot sue your way to the Moon, no matter how good your lawyers are.’

When saying this. Elon was responding to a question from Kara Swisher, a journalist. She had brought up the fact that Blue Origin recently sued to block a contract NASA gave SpaceX regarding a lunar lander. That was not all Bezos and company had to complain about. They also protested SpaceX’s Starlink internet satellites with the FCC (Federal Communications Commission.)
Swisher had asked Elon if he had talked to Jeff Bezos about the legal battles. Elon explained that he had not, directly: ‘Not verbally, just… subtweets. Turns out Besos [sic] retired in order to pursue a full-time job filing lawsuits against SpaceX’
When Swisher asked Elon about his competitor’s suborbital flights, Musk said that he ‘thought it was cool that they’re spending money on the advancement of space. Suborbital is [just] a step in the direction of orbit.’
