For the last 5 years, CVG has won “Best Regional Airport in North America” at the prestigious Skytrax World Airport Awards. Key to the airport’s success is their focus on taking the best care of their passengers. CVG worked with Lockheed Martin to deliver a technology solution that would accurately measure waiting times to enable better resource planning and to keep passengers informed of how long the process was taking.
