I have used many sleep masks (eye masks) over the years cause I find that I will rest deeper and relax my eyes much more then having nothing. I recently lost my main sleep mask so this time I took a chance and got a couple silks ones that are simple, plain & inexpensive. I recommend the one from Luxveer cause the cushion padding inside is a little thicker and perfect for me. The mask fits nice and snug around my head, over the eyes its nice and cool. When over my eyes it does lightly keep them closed but not too much pressure.
