Autodesk MotionBuilder provides a sophisticated set of tools for doing real-time character animation. In this presentation, we are going to be looking at how we can use MotionBuilder to set up shaders, retarget animation data onto existing characters, and use the story tool to edit together multiple animation clips. Then well be looking at animation layers, and well finish off using the rag-doll solver to dynamically generate character animation.
