Apple is all set to release iPhone XR in October. So, do you want to know what are the new specs and features this tech giant is offering this time? Tech enthusiasts are considering it an entry-level new iPhone. And, it will beat previous set-up models in certain ways.

What is New?

iPhone XR will have a 6.1 inch LCD display which is bigger than XS model that has a 5.8-inch screen. The screen has a 1,792×828 resolution at 326 pixels per inch. Moreover, for battery life, Apple is determined to provide 15 hours of juice with internet use. You can binge watch Netflix or YouTube for up to 16 hours.

The handset will be available in different colors. Just like iPhone 5C which got popularity because of its color, iPhone XR is coming in different colors as well. Plus, the developers have opted for an aluminum body.

You will also find one 12MP camera on the back which may remind you of iPhone 8. So, you should not expect 2x optical zoom along with less digital zoom. With the single camera, you will get a software-based portrait mode and innovative A12 Bionic chip.

Apple has taken a significant step and has removed 3D touch feature. iPhone XR will be the first handset without this feature after iPhone 6S. You will find haptic touch instead for basic actions on the screen. This functioning is similar to Macbook trackpads or Apple watches.

Moreover, Apple kept the water resistance same to the brand’s flagship handset iPhone 7 and iPhone 8. It has some features similar to iPhone XS like A12 bionic processor, face ID, wide-angle camera, wireless charging, and dual-SIM.
