Apple iPhone X successor significant design leak!

Apple iPhone X will not last for long – it’s a fact that most of us are aware of as such. However, it now seems like Apple has already given the first cancellation order to the batch. The Cupertino technology giant took the wraps off the iPhone X smartphone in September last year. The firm had completed ten years with its iPhone family. Therefore, to commemorate the special occasion, the company took the wraps off the 10th-anniversary handset. The smartphone was home to most advanced-level features possible. The smartphone was home to a facial recognition system, 3D camera sensors, Augmented Reality technology and more. The smartphone was available for a price of $1,000 – which is a lot more than one can ask for as such. According to a new report, the company is now cancelling the first order of its iPhone X smartphone.

iPhone X, Apple

“Newly published papers by the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC) reveal Apple scrapped a third variant of the iPhone X prior to launch,” notes a report by Forbes. The Cupertino technology giant went on to file paperwork for a gold edition to the FCC back in September. However, the smartphone looked similar to iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus as well. The model never made it to the market. We are aware of this because of Apple’s six-month confidentiality clause with the FCC expired only recently and thus, they were able to publish the papers online. “Given Apple’s passion for secrecy, it is seemingly unthinkable that the company would go ahead with a belated launch after the variant was already revealed to the world,” notes an online report.

We will never know why the Cupertino technology giant ended up pulling out of the launch of the smartphone. However, it seems safe to state that production issues (which hit the iPhone X hard before the launch date) ended up playing a primary factor in the decision. The Cupertino technology giant has always been the kind to take risks with any durability issues ever after complaints with Jet Black editions of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus smartphones. However, the same could not take place in the market as far as the Gold edition was concerned.

In fact, one can quite quickly bet on the latter as Apple usually fails to release the gold edition even after production constraints lift up. The Apple iPhone X (PRODUCT RED) version was also left out of the market earlier this week. “Given the iPhone X is unique in using a stainless steel frame (other iPhones use aluminium), that looks like the culprit,” according to a report by Forbes. At the same time, it ends up playing a broader narrative that the Apple iPhone X will be cancelling in September. Unlike previous iPhone models, it understands that Apple has no desire to sell the iPhone X at a reduced price. This move is especially right after the launch of newer models as they will end up clashing with an all-new iPhone X SE at a lower price point.

Apple is expected to take the wraps off three new iPhone models coming September. The company is reportedly devising a smartphone that is meant for the affordable category. They will also be launching an iPhone X successor this time around. Rumours about the features in these smartphones are making the rounds of the internet for quite some time now. However, Apple has not provided an official confirmation about the matter. It seems like they might end up integrating three lenses on their smartphones that will launch in September.
