Amazon is trying its best to attract more and more customers to sing up for Amazon Prime. It provides various attractive offers to its prime members. Recently, Amazon announced that Amazon Prime members could purchase a smartphone for less than the actual retail price. Now, Amazon brings Moto G6, and Moto Z3 Play into Amazon Prime. The device will be available from 29th June with a 50 percent discount offer. Both the devices are affordable, and now it will be viable at a more percentable price.
As per the report, Amazon Prime members will be able to purchase the Moto G6 Play at just $189. Its original price is $200. Amazon will sell the device with $10 less. On the other side, the Moto Z3 Play which is originally priced at $500, now can be purchased at $450. Prime member will get $50 discount on this device. Previously Amazon added the LG G6+ and the Moto X into the Amazon Prime and now the two devices will join them.
It is also expected that Amazon will add a Moto Smart Speaker for a limited period. The Moto Mode will allow the users to Alexa hands-free. No need to place an Echo speaker near you. Amazon has recently subsidized the cost of the smartphones by assembling Amazon apps. There is a major selling factor of the Prime exclusive smartphones, i.e., the devices will be able to integrate with Alexa. The prime members will get a one-time sign-in feature for using Amazon ecosystem. Now there is no need to set different passwords for online shopping.
In Moto G6, users can activate Alexa by double pressing the power button. But to enable Alexa in the Moto Z3 Play, users have to use Mode Mod accessories which can add onto the device. Apart from this feature, the Moto Mod will enhance the battery life by 40 hours.
The Moto Z3 Play has a 6-inch AMOLED display which is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 Octa-Core Kryo 260 1.8Ghz processor and also has an Adreno 509 GPU which works at 850MHz.
It has 4GB RAM and offers 64GB of internal storage capacity which can be expanded up to 2TB. On the back, the device has a 12MP dual autofocus camera with f/1.7 aperture and supported by a dual LED flash. On the front, it offers an 8MP camera. Backed by a 3000mAh battery, it works on Android Oreo 8.1.
The Moto G6 backed by a 4000mAh battery and runs on Android Oreo 8.0. It comes with a 5.7-inch HD+ MaxVision IPS LCD screen. Under the hood, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 427 Quad-Core CPU and an Adreno 308 GPU. With a 3GB RAM, it offers 32GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 128GB. On the rear side, the device has 13MP Phase Detection Autofocus camera with f/2.0 aperture. On the front, there is an 8MP camera. The device comes with a water-repellent coating (p2i). The user can pre-order the devices now.
