One of the things we loved about this car is that you don’t need to charge and recharge it. There are 3 AAA batteries in the car and 3 AAA in the remote, just turn it on and off you go. Kids will love not having to wait for recharges as is common with many other RC toys.

One word of caution, while it is great on stairs and rough terrain, be careful jumping it off 6 foot walls onto hard pavement. We did that jump several times with success, but on the last jump we seemed to have knocked a wire loose.
