ZTE’s strategy to entice smartwatch buyers is obvious: make a decent wearable that’s cheaper than anything else on the market. That’s what you’ll get with the Quartz — a basic Android Wear 2.0 device with cellular support and a better-than-average battery. It is slightly slower than competing watches, but the money you’ll save may make you feel better while waiting for apps to load.
