In order to block a troll or report a user you need to click on their name/youtube channel then click “About” and next to the “send message” tab there should be a little flag icon. Once you click on this flag icon you should get the following options:
-block user
-report channel art
-report channel icon
– report user
and under “report user” you get more options such as:
Harassment and cyberbullying
Impersonation
Violent threats
Child endangerment
Hate speech against a protected group
Privacy
None of these are your issue
