You Can Now Get an Apple Gift Card That Can Be Used For Both Digital And Physical Purchases

Finally, Apple has a single gift card that can be used for any of its products. Previously, the Cupertino, Californi based technology giant offered to separate cards, one for physical items, and one for digital ones. Now, though, the same card be used to buy apps and iPads, alike.

If someone gives you one of these new Apple Gift Card, you’ll be able to add its funds to your Apple Account Balance. That balance is good for ‘products, accessories, apps, games, music, movies, TV shows, ‌iCloud‌, and more.’

You used to only be able to buy digital items with the App Store & iTunes cards, but now those can be used to add to your Apple Account Balance as well so you can purchase anything with them. The other card was Apple Store card, which was used to buy physical products from Apple’s website. Now that the two cards are unifying, things will make a lot more sense.
