When you are on call with Sim1 and somebody calls you on Sim2, the Sim2 to it will go directly to you Sim2 voice mail (if you have voice mail setup). You will not know somebody is calling you on Sim2 until you get the pop message saying you have a voice mail. If you have no voice mail on your sim2 then sim2 will tell the caller that you are currently unreachable. You can video this video here:

Important note: There is a call forwarding feature (Dual SIM reach-ability) on the Z3 as well. You can forward calls to the other sim when one sim card is unreachable. For instance when on SIM1 and someone calls you on SIM2 the Z3 will forward SIM2 to Sim1 and you will see a message pop up that says you have a phone call on SIM1 (even though its coming from SIM2) and vice versa. Some call this a Smart Standby.
With an ACTIVE Dual phone if you are on call with Sim1 and somebody calls on Sim2, you will be notified that somebody is calling on your Sim2.
