This is basically the Redmi Note 5A Prime that was launched in China recently.
The Redmi Y1 is Xiaomi’s latest budget phone in the Indian market.
This phone’s powered by the Snapdragon 435 chip and has 3GB RAM along with 32GB Internal Storage.
The Redmi Y1 also comes with a 13MP rear camera and a 16MP selfie camera, both being capable of shooting 1080p footage.
The Redmi Y1 runs on MIUI 9 out of the box, built on top of Android 7 Nougat.
A 3080 mAh battery powers the Redmi Y1.
