An Illinois school could land in the record books for having 24-sets of twins in one grade. The previous record was held by an Iowa school with 16-sets in one grade.
These 5th graders, outside Chicago, knew they had Iowa beat, so they brought in the Guinness Book of World Records. Teachers at High Crest Middle School say, of course, there is a lesson in all of this. They want the kids to know, even in 5th grade, you can set a goal and achieve it.
Parents were asked to submit birth certificates, school registrations and a photo shot all on the same day. All the paperwork is being submitted to Guinness this week.
