I show you how to hide or blur out personal/private info like passwords, email address, text, words, license plates, logos, etc on the video editing program called WonderShare Filmora. If you want to blur moving text it will require more time as you need to split the clip (a few frames at a time depending on how fast the movement is) little by little and keep inserting the mosaic shape for each of the new clips you make.
