Microsoft is finally pulling support for Windows Vista after 10 years, their typical OS life cycle. It is among the least used Windows OS versions, even behind the older XP. Anyone still using Vista after April 11th will no longer get any security patches, making you extremely vulnerable to exploits.
Also, AMD announced the Ryzen 5 tier of processors, which is just below the Ryzen 7. It is analogous to the Intel i5 line, and is very competitively priced.
