Here we step back and look honestly at a critical profession under fire both literally and figuratively. This video is about just SOME of the alarming repercussions this could have societally; some of things have already happened. Rule of Law is made possible by the threat of force and/or punishment against the predators of society. This has been a tenet of TNP ever since its inception. As Chief David Brown said, police are asked to solve the problems of a broken family, parents not doing their jobs and teaching their children respect, work ethic, sacrifice, and most of all honor. And the current anti-police Zeitgeist demands that the police hesitant and even completely absent in policing black neighborhoods and suspects. The big “R” word is laid at their feet (as it is with anyone that is willing to lay out the facts of these matters). It has lost most of its meaning and is used to silence voices, threaten, and rationalize felony behavior that police officers encounter everyday. We will use black officer Jay Stalien as an example of an officer under fire, even from the black community that he serves. And yet he has been hated, threatened, mocked, beat upon and more for being a part of the law enforcement community. Remember that he’s black. Hear his words (read here) as he speaks for thousands of more just like him: He is on the front lines and answers the charges facing police in these communities. Many aspects are covered like the leadership and the importance shielding your people, emotion vs facts, lapel cameras, disarmament in America and how that relates to police, how concealed carry holders agree that force is necessary to preserve peace in society, and much more. In the we invite the critics of police, many who can’t even hold any job, to become a cops themselves and show the world how it’s done.
