Tim showed the Strandbeest construction pack just over a week ago, and you asked to see the finished working model. Well, here it is!
It took Tim about 3 hours, and the Strandbeest just needs a gentle wind to walk along. Or you can blow on the propeller at the front, or – as Tim does here – you can use a small pocket fan.
The intriguing mechanism produces a strangely hypnotic form of locomotion!
