Uyghur town in Shanghai : Muslim Steet Food Market

So we visited a place in Shanghai for some great Uyghur street food. Uyghur (pronounced we-ger, not wigger..lol) They are a Turkic ethnic group, and predominantly Muslim. Their meat basically consist of lamb, pretty much a mix between Muslim and Chinese food. Most of the Uyghur population resides in Xinjiang which is in Hunan Province located Northwestern part of China.
