In this softModder tutorial, I’ll be showing you how to send hashtags through text messages on your Samsung Galaxy Note 2 or other Android phone using PoundMe. With these hashtags, you can quickly and easily access information. If you send a music-based hashtag (#music), you’ll be able to open up the artist/song from the music app of your choosing.
