UFO Uknown Object Hovers Over The MANHATTEN BRIDGE

Real UFO or hoax? A Cigar shaped UFO was recorded on video hovering over the Manhhaten Bridge. This UFO appears over the Manhatten Bridge. It appears to be a Cigar shaped UFO. At first it looks like a flying promotional banner or perhaps maybe a large balloon, but upon closer inspection, you can clearly see it is not an identifiable object.
