With a Ph.D in theoretical physics from UCLA , Dr. Franklin Ruehl knows what it’s like to scale one of the most daunting peaks in academia, a vista that could have allowed him to remain at play for the rest of his life in theoretical worlds carved out by the likes of Niels Bohr, Copernicus, Max Born and Albert Einstein.
But this was not to be.
Dr. Ruehl’s sights were elsewhere. The ethereal world of physics was just a stepping stone to an even more fascinating world, a stranger, darker, more forbidding world where few physicists with similarly lofty credentials have gone before.
Yes, Dr. Ruehl chose to explore the world of entertainment—film, television, print, the web. With his unique aptitude for framing any topic in scientific terms, Dr. Ruehl focussed on issues that have captivated the multitudes like no other—ET’s, UFO’s, cryptozoology, parapsychology and just about any other word with lots of syllables pertaining to the heretofore unexplainable.
Having wracked up numerous television and film credits, including hosting the shows “Professor Weird” and “Mysteries From Beyond the Other Dominion,” as well as authoring scores of articles on highly disparate topics, Dr. Ruehl is about to embark on his greatest challenge yet.
While few details can be released at this point, Dr. Ruehl will be joining Blake and Brent Cousins, Jack Graham and the rest of the characters who make Thirdphaseofmoon.net what it is today–for something very, very special.
