TVIS-EX3-C Tablet Visual Inspection System
Viswill exhibited its TVIS-EX3-C tablet visual inspection system at the 22nd Interphex Japan show.
Viswells proprietary round-belt suction transfer technology is used to firmly secure the tablets on the belt without damaging them, and the latest image processing technology is used to detect defects equivalent to a 50µm (micron) square, or larger contaminants on the surface of the tablets.
Viswell has 70% of the market share in Japan for tablet visual inspection systems and intends to further expand its market share overseas as well.
