Test Tube Torcher (torture by torch)
I put 20ml of Pepsi in a pyrex test tube and superheated it with a torch. After about 4 minutes, the temperature and pressure increased to the point where it blew the cap off. The Pepsi flashed from a liquid to a vapor almost instantaneously after impacting the torch – expanding 1600 times in volume.

Most people probably didn’t notice but I did some viewer suggestions just on production for this video. I increased the volume of the narration. I tried some new camera angles. I tried a white background. I added a timer so one can see how long it took from the time I started until it blew.
