We recently received a fantastic throwing ax called “Flying Death” from the Czech company “Sharp Blades”. A great product – we must try to build a launcher for it in the future!
But these guys also have a Giant Throwing Star (Shuriken) in their portfolio. The monster thing is 20″ x 20″ and weighs up to 1,2 kg (2,64 lb). Since such weapons are illegal in Germany, we want to visit Chechnya and build a suitable monster launcher for it on site!
In order to do that, we are building small test weapons. It is essential to give the stars a backspin so they fly straight. So we started with a very small test device that shoots M8 washers – and also all kinds of other circular things…
