Another battery powered toy bought back in the 1980’s. The large rubber heart has an internal mechanism which is battery powered. Switch it on, and the heart beats away in a fairly realistic fashion.
A nice joke item for trainee doctors maybe…
We have shown the original label, which describes it as a Motorized Artificial Plastic Heart, with incredible pulsating action.
Made by Vic’s Novelties in the USA, this item was actually bought from a toy shop in London.
