This robot duck eases children through cancer treatments

My Special Aflac Duck is a smart toy to help comfort kids facing cancer. The toy has sensors that react to touch, and RFID tags that help children express their emotions, feel calm during chemotherapy sessions, and feel less alone during the process. Aflac is planning to distribute the toy for free to children diagnosed with cancer across America, with the goal of reaching thousands of patients by the end of 2018. Subscribe:
