This a 4K video of the moon in “real time” of its movement, the only thing I did was set my camera and my new Sigma lens on a tripod and point it at the moon and press record on my Sony A7Rii.
If you have a 4K TV, please watch it and let me know how it looks.
Settings:
ISO 100 F16 4K 24fps
Sigma lens at 600mm
A7Rii ClearZoom at 1.6X
A7Rii in APS-C Mode for additional 1.7x
Sigma MC-11 adapter
I was gonna use the GH5 but it does not have enough zoom so I used my A7Rii but I will do another 4K 60fps when I have the 2x adapter on the GH5.
I am getting some new 2X telephoto adapter for even closer look at the moon next week so stay tuned!
