On June 10th 2017 – Juno, the NASA spacecraft that is orbiting Jupiter passed directly over its great red spot for the first time.
The probe used all its instruments to collect data during this event and the information gathered will be downloaded and released shortly.
What do we know about Jupiter’s most prominent feature? Is it a hurricane, or something else?
