Edit vsftpd Configuration Files = sudo vim /etc/vsftpd.conf
Uncoment #local_enable=YES to Allow Local Users to Login
Uncomment #write_enable=YES to Allow File Uploads
To Restart vsftpd Service = sudo service vsftpd restart
