Spyderco South Fork:
A great reference point for an enduring design, the Spyderco South Fork hits all the major chords as a lightweight and compact woods blade. I talk about this and show you some competitive options that do as well…for less. But the steel in the SF is S90V adding some to cost and it’s a licensed collaboration from CA based designer Phil Wilson. But its higher cost is about the only flaw in the Fork. It is extremely light, has perfect balance, a super comfortable polished G10 (green) handle, possesses a perfect blade shape and an equally perfect sheath. POUs are discussed in the vid to a certain degree.
