Following the proven family lines, the Eric Glesser designed Spyderco Domino C172 is a fast and strong EDC or collectible knife. In some ways it is very similar to the Sage Titanium C123TI both in size and initial appearance. But some key differences are present: steel interface on frame lock bar serving as an over travel stop, flipper deployment, ball bearing pivot point, internal stop pin, and the well known Spydie carry clip. Philosophies of Use, build quality, overall ergos (jimping!), the “cubic check” CF scale, speed/lockup, XHP steel choice, blade shape and lots more are discussed and shown. Several fascinating competitive offerings make their way into the vid too, most from the family stable. Value is moderate on this Taiwanese produced blade as the Domino will street around $190 which is costly. But in terms of a capable and good looking knife this is a must have for Spyderco fans who love and appreciate the family lines. /////////Nutnfancy Likability Scale: 8.5 out of 10////////////////////////Buy for less at TNP knife supplier:
