We scratch and scrape the Sony Xperia Z1 in a scratch test, showing how easily the pre-installed screen protector scratches. Using a plastic protracter and a range of metals, we show that the plastic scratches more easily than the shatter resistant glass beneath. Should Sony be using shatter resistant screen protectors? There are arguments for and against – what do you think?
