If your Galaxy S3, S2, or Note is freezing / hanging, download this app called “Dummy file generator”. Not sure why my friend could not find a solution to this for the past 3 months of supposedly doing his due diligence but I guess i got lucky in less then a minute and found this app.
I used the FULL MEMORY option. I read on reviews some people had to run it 10 times until it finally went freeze free.
I found these instructions in a Forum. It worked for me.Thanks
1. download “dummy file generator” on google play store
2. open the app
3. go on “internal memory” tab
4. dont worry on what to put on the “byte” box
5. select “generate FULL” generate dummy files until storage is full
6. YES, your phone will hang and freeze a couple of times. (what i did is pull out the batt again)
7. keep on doing this until ur memory is full
8. then select “delete” delete all dummy files.
9. then thats it
Note: You may have to keep doing this a dozen times until your phone is cured.

PSS… My friend also says his phone is much much faster as well.
