This is the fastest method of mechanical butter churning you will ever see. Standard butter churns are extremely inefficient. This reciprocating saw consumes 207 watts but only needs to run for 2 minutes. That = less than 3 watt hours = 0.003 kwh or the equivalent of an led bulb. What a reciprocating saw does, oscillating the traversed reciprocation. Heavy whipping cream is the standard ingredient used.
