Siemens Helping Navy Optimisation through Automation

Siemens is helping the Royal New Zealand Navy reach optimisation through a Siemens designed Integrated Platform Management System (IPMS). The HMNZS Te Kaha, one of the Navy’s ANZAC class frigates, is believed to be one of the first warships in the world with this technology and it has changed the way the ship operates by enabling the crew to optimise their time through automation.
