Samsung W2018, a smartphone with a superb camera lens

Who says Flip Phones are not in trend, South Korean smartphone maker Samsung has unveiled a new flip phone named ‘Samsung W2018’ during a launch event in China. The phone carries many specifications as same company’s last flagship phones Galaxy S8 and Galaxy Note 8. The major difference between Samsung’s last smartphone and W2018 is the optics where this flip phone is carrying a camera lens of the widest aperture.

Samsung’s ‘W line’ is a series of Samsung in which the company adds expensive flip phones every year. Newly unveiled W2018 is the new addition to the series. Moreover, this is the 10th-anniversary occasion of Samsung’s W series. These flip phones are still prevalent in Asia. The W2018 is a lit expensive than Galaxy S8 and Note 8. The company has launched a new Chinese Ad for the smartphone saying “Hi Bixby, what’s true luxury?”

Samsung has made the 10th-anniversary flip phone with an aperture of f/1.5 on which the company claims that with this much aperture in rear camera lens the phone captures a more sharpen images in comparison with other rival company’s phones.

The phones carry a 12-megapixel of rear camera and a 5-megapixel camera for the front. The phone is built with software which helps the phone to shift on an aperture of f/2.4 in a limited light range to capture the background beautifully.

The W2018 is a 4.2-inch phone with a full HD AMOLED for front and a display of the same size for the inner piece. The phones carry a fingerprint camera beside the camera, and it also brings a Bixby button for voice assistance. The device supports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor with 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 256GB of storage. When it comes to the battery of the device a small cell of 2,300mAH of the battery.
