You can use use MHL USB to HDMI/HDTV Adapter for most Samsung phones and Tabs as the description for this device discloses. I can confirm it works on the Galaxy S3, S4, & S5 (note 2, 3, 4). In this video i use the S5.
This cable is 6.0 / 6.5 ft long (thats approx 2 meters). On this one red wire you have three connectors- HDMI, USB, and the regular phone charging adapter. All you need is this device (and of course a HDMI socket on your TV.
