Use this option if you forgot your pattern ulock combination or to fix some software problems of your phone.
1.Turn off your phone
2.Press together volume up + home button + power button until Samsung logo appears on the screen
3.Select with volume button “wipe data/factory reset” and press power button
4.Select “yes-delete all data” and press power button
5.Select “reboot system now” and press power button
6.Wait until the phone restarts
