You might have read it in the news that Samsung is working to add some new and fantastic features in its upcoming flagship of Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus. Frankly, the story seems terrific to read that Samsung is upgrading its hardware and software to a level where no one has reached yet. Samsung reports states that Samsung is planning to make its upcoming Galaxy S9 an utterly bezel-less phone and will launch it with an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The bezel-less screens present in the market is not bezel-less, even the newly launched iPhone X is not an entirely bezel-less phone it also has a notch for other sensors and ear speakers. Samsung is planning to launch a smartphone with zero bezels, and the company means it.

A popular tech site LetsGoDigital reported a Samsung WIPO (World International Property Office) patent which bifurcates that the company is planning to build a smartphone which will have a complete 180 degree edges both to make it a bezel-less phone. Patent number (WO/2017/204483) states that how the company is planning to add this feature to its smartphones. This may happen that the company will use this feature in its upcoming flagship of Galaxy S9.

Some news about in-display fingerprint sensor was also under highlight a few days back, so let’s talk about that too. Samsung took an international patent of in-display fingerprint scanner while the Korean patent was filed during the year 2016 showing that this was Samsung’s longtime goal. This might be possible that the company will add this feature to its upcoming two flagship launches of Galaxy S9 and Note 9.

Some reports published in former states that the Samsung is unable to find a place under the display to serve in-display fingerprint scanner and thus the feature may well out in Samsung’s Note 9 which is expected to be released in year August 2018.
